convenient location lovely staff dirty sheets missing amenities
The hotel location is very convenient (right near restaurants!). The staff members were lovely. I was blown away by the rooftop pool and terrace area. It really looks like a 5-star hotel.
I stayed for four days, and my sheets were not changed. The beds were just remade with the same sheets. I recognised my own makeup on them. there was no coffee or tea in the room, and no drinking water was supplied.

Fantastic Stay!
rooftop pool convenient location
The rooftop pool and terrace were AMAZING, offering fine views. I also found the location very convenient, with great bars and restaurants just steps away. The hotel also provided a good breakfast with a nice range of choices.
I noticed the sheets were not changed during my four-day stay. The beds were remade with the same sheets, which I recognized from my own makeup marks. Fresh linens should be provided regularly.

The room was spacious and nicely decorated. It even had a good-sized balcony. The room was equipped fully, with an very nice sea view from the third floor. The room was clean and really cute.

The staff provided opportunities to check in early and enjoy the facilities. Upon check-out, they stored luggage in a secure room and offered access to changing facilities. They allowed full use of the facilities all day.

The food tasted good, and the prices seemed reasonable for the area. The breakfast buffet was abundant and curated in every detail. I loved the omelette station there.

room cleaning rude staff
The location near the beach suited my needs. It was convenient, I suppose.
The room cleaning was suspect. I'm not sure they changed the sheets, to be honest. The staff at reception seemed under-trained. I reminded me of I was bothering them with every question. the lack of coffee or tea in the room felt cheap.

Really good Stay with Great Amenities

The hotel was superb. The pool area overlooks the sea offering a really nice space. A rooftop bar features an infinity pool that provides fine views. Breakfast included both healthy and indulgent options plus an omelette station. The hotel staff secured a room for us post-checkout allowing time to shower before our evening flight.
I noticed that there was no coffee or tea available in the room.

awesome room super clean condition huge breakfast
i am buzzing about my room! a superior twin room sea view was so awesome. the views was unreal and the room was super clean! the breakfast buffet had loads options i loved it!
the gym only had a couple treadmills it was a bit small.

the pools always had enough sun loungers available which i appreciated
i was quite annoyed the sheets weren't changed i recognized makeup stains on them they remade the beds i also didn't receive fresh towels throughout my stay which was frustrating there was no room service available either which was inconvenient

great location immaculate room renovated pool
I visited this hotel last year with some friends.. it sits in a fabulous location, perfect for accessing the beach and nearby cafes. I definitely recommend this hotel now.
I found the staff to be generally friendly, but the level of english language skill was sometimes lacking.
